Service Monitoring Program

It’s your ride. We want to hear your voice.
Help the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) improve service by participating in the Service Monitoring Program.

The RTC is always working to improve the quality and reliability of the service we provide to riders.  The Service Monitoring Program helps us evaluate how we are doing and if we are reaching our goals in operating standards, training and service.

How it works: All you have to do is ride the system.
The fact that you ride transit frequently already makes you an expert on how we are doing.  Now all you have to do is tell us.  A dedicated group of riders, like you, will fill out a report card when you take a trip on transit. When the card is returned to the appointed coordinator, it goes back to the RTC so we can improve the service we provide and make the system work better for you.

Let us know what we are doing wrong and what we are doing right.
Our system works for you, but it can only get better with your help and the RTC is seeking assistance from riders throughout the Las Vegas Valley.  If you are interested in participating, contact Cynthia Wallace at 702-676-1757 or by e-mail at wallacec@rtcsnv.com.
