The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada's (RTC's) transit system is comprised of the RTC Transit, Metropolitan Area Express, Deuce and the upcoming ACE routes. Listed below are the current transit fare prices along with the option to purchase a pass online. Please note that fares not for sale online can be purchased in person while boarding a transit vehicle or at a ticket vending machine like the one pictured to the right.

Passes purchased online are not downloadable or available to print via your computer at time of purchase. When purchasing a pass online, please allow sufficient time for delivery via USPS mail. Currently, all passes ordered online are delivered through USPS mail and sent to the address provided by the purchaser.

Transit passes can be purchased online, through mail orders, or a ticket vending machine (TVM) located at the Downtown Transportation Center (DTC), South Strip Transfer Terminal (SSTT), in person at the RTC Administration Building, vendor locations throughout town, or ticket vending machines (TVMs) located around the valley, view the complete list of TVM locations. RTC representatives are available at the DTC and SSTT to answer questions about routes and schedules, sell Paratransit passes and process applications for RTC reduced-fare photo ID cards. The DTC and SSTT customer service booth is open seven days a week during the hours below.

The RTC will allow the purchase of one month Paratransit fare at any time. This fare will not be discounted, pro-rated or have a validity beyond the last day of the month selected.

When ordering please include the name and a contact phone number of the Paratransit eligible customer.

The RTC will allow the purchase of monthly Paratransit faresfor selected time period, time period not to exceed 10 months. If a pass is purchased anytime during the current month, the pass will not be discounted or pro-rated.

*You must present a valid Reduced-Fare Photo Identification Card for Reduced Fare Pass purchase and / or use. You may apply for your Reduced Fare Photo ID Card at the Downtown Transportation Center at 300 N. Casino Center Dr. or at the South Strip Transfer Terminal, 6675 Gilespie St. Reduced Fare ID Cards will be mailed to you within two weeks.

Delivery of your 30-day RTC pass typically takes seven to 10 days, so be sure to order with plenty of time before your current pass expires. If you have any questions or need more information, contact RTC Customer service at (702) 228-7433 or 1-800-228-3911.

Reduced Fare Photo ID Cards
You must present a Reduced-Fare Photo ID card to purchase a reduced fare ride and /or use a reduced fare pass. Eligible riders may apply for this at the Downtown Transportation Center or South Strip Transfer Terminal. If you are eligible, the card will be mailed to you within two weeks. The forms of identification listed below will be honored to prove eligibility.

Medicare Card Holders: Medicare card and a valid drivers license or non-driver photo ID card issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles;

Seniors (60+): Medicare card and/or a valid drivers license or non-driver photo ID card issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles;

Youths (6-17 years): Birth certificate, valid drivers license or non-driver photo ID card issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles. Students may present a current Clark County School District Student ID card at the time of boarding;

Disabled: Medicare card or a signed letter (original document only) from a physician stating the individual is disabled and the time period of the disability accompanied by a valid drivers license or non-driver photo ID card issued the by the Department of Motor Vehicles;

A valid reduced-fare eligibility card from another transit system.

Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) are permitted to ride free of charge providing the customer has either a fixed-route reduced fare card OR a Paratransit ID Card from CAT or another transit agency certifying that the customer requires a PCA to ride.

Ticket Vending Machine (TVM) Buying Passes from a Ticket Vending Machine (TVM)

Ticket vending machines (TVM) are a convenient way to purchase one way and day passes. 30-day passes are also available at TVMs. Machines are located at every MAX passenger station, the Downtown Transportation Terminal (DTC), the South Strip Transfer Terminal (SSTT), at two Las Vegas Strip locations (Showcase Mall and Slots-A-Fun Casino) and at the Santa Fe Station stop on North Rancho Drive.

Ticket vending machines sell and validate full-fare, reduced-fare, one-day and one-ride passes. Please note that one day passes and one-trip ride cards are validated and become active upon issue.

How to use TVMs

Select the pass you want to purchase by pressing one of the buttons adjacent to the video screen.

The screen will display the correct amount to pay. Select the payment type: cash, credit card or debit card.

Insert bills, coins or a Visa/Mastercard credit/debit card. The TVM will accept $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills. The machine will dispense $20 maximum in change (coins only).

Validate your 30-day pass by inserting it in the slot marked "Validate Card." One-day passes and one-trip ridecards are validated upon issue.

Purchasing a Pass in Person
Passes can be purchased in person at ticket vending machine(TVM) located at the Downtown Transportation Center (DTC), South Strip Transfer Terminal (SSTT), RTC Administration Building, vendor locations throughout town or ticket vending machines (TVMs). You can also pick up a pass at vendors located throughout town or you may order them by mail, see list of pass vendors, RTC representatives are available at the Downtown Transportation Center (DTC) and South Strip Transfer Terminal (SSTT) to answer questions about routes and schedules, sell bus passes and process applications for RTC reduced-fare photo ID cards. Both facility's customer service booths are open seven days a week during the hours below:
