In accordance with procedures adopted by the Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) on November 10, 1999 and October 14, 2004, revisions to the Uniform Standard Specifications and Drawings for the Clark County Area, will be posted to the Internet and will be effective on January 1 and July 1 of each year.
