Regional Transportation Plan 2006-2030

The Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) is a long-range transportation plan covering Fiscal Year (FY) 2006 to FY 2030. The first three years of the RTP constitute the amendment to the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The RTP and TIP are the result of the local transportation planning process that considers input and recommendations from local governments, their technical staffs and private citizens. Transportation planning activities are focused within the urban area roughly coincident with the current Bureau of Land Management Disposal boundary.

Due to the large fize size, the document has been divided into chapters to aid with viewing. All documents are Adobe PDF files.
