Deputy General Manager Tina Quigley
Tina joined the Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) of Southern Nevada in November 2005 as the Deputy General Manager. She oversees the day-to-day operations and administration of the agency that is responsible for street and highway planning and funding, freeway and arterial traffic management and public transportation.
Her management and leadership style, together with her strong belief in a work and life balance are credited with creating an effective, efficient and sustainable organization that has made significant achievements in recruiting, retaining and motivating RTC employees. Tina is an advocate for alternative modes of transportation and has been instrumental in launching the RTC Electric Bike (e-bike) program that provides employees with the option when taking short distance trips to ride an e-bike as oppose to driving their personal vehicle. The RTC recently launched the Strip & Downtown and the Metropolitan Area Express bus rapid transit services, implemented the Centennial Express and WestCliff Airport Express transit services, built the Centennial Hills Transit Center Park & Ride, Westcliff Transit Center Park & Ride and the state-of-the-art Bonneville Transit Center. The National Transit Database named the RTC as the most efficient transit provider in the nation carrying nearly 35 million passengers, operating more than 400 transit vehicles and servicing more than 30 routes.
