The Freeway and Arterial System of Transportation (FAST) Operations Management Committee (OMC) recommends policy, establishes operational procedures and principles, and monitors the day-to-day operations of the Freeway and Arterial System of Transportation (FAST). FAST includes the intelligent transportation system field devices and traffic signals, central system software and hardware, operator work stations, video wall, communications system including the fiber optic and microwave network. The OMC meets on the first Thursday of each month at 9:30 a.m. in Room A105 of the Transportation Management Center unless otherwise posted.
